SendaPlaque.com is continuing to accumulate multiple graphics to be used as backgrounds on our interactive plaque building website. Generic and theme based backgrounds are needed (see examples)

Art Guidelines

Generic and themed plaques are developed with the following specifications: 

1. The image size is 8” x 10”
2. The text location can be anywhere on the plaque.
3. The layout may be either landscape or portrait.
4. All graphics/illustrations must be original art created by the artist.
5. Files may be provided as: jpeg or pdf 300DPI

Categories

Currently SendaPlaque.com is focusing on 10 major categories. Any design needs to fall within any one of the following categories:

Academic
Animals
Business
Government
Heroes
Quotes
Recreation/hobbies
Sentimental
Special occasion
Sports

Series

We are finding that creating a series will lead to more easily accumulating backgrounds. A series could be a graphic design that is used for many related topics. An example would be different mascots placed at the same location on a plaque with a border that matches the mascot.

Compensation

The quality and quantity of the background will substantially influence the amount of money that you can make.

Images must meet our quality criteria, and in some cases an image may not be accepted for use on the site

Complete the art submission form to determine if your ideas and skills match the site needs.

Payment: Residual Payment (every time your design is used to make a physical plaque) of $1.00 per use per purchased plaque.

What not to submit?

1. No off-color submissions including nudity, body parts, racially related topics
2. Do not copy any designs from existing art sources such as IStockPhoto or Shutterbug
3. Photos that have been graphically changed or enhanced may be used providing they are your photos.
